Ornaments are one of a kind creations that may take many hours. Safety precautions are taken to ensure proper packaging of your ornament, but I am not responsible for what happens to your ornament in transit.
If lost in the mail or if your items arrive damaged, I am unable to remake ornaments for free. To protect your purchase, you can purchase insurance through USPS and in the event of loss, you can file a claim through the post office and reorder your ornament at retail cost.
