It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email me at hello@shopbitsofjoy.com immediately with the correct address with "Update Address" in the subject line.
All orders are sent out via USPS First Class Mail. Orders will take about 2-5 business days and include tracking. I offer a flat rate of shipping to all domestic, APO/FPO addresses for $5. Sticker only shipping is available for $1 but does not include tracking. You have the ability to upgrade to tracking.
Priority shipping is available at an upgrade for $9.
International shipping available upon request, but generally take about 2-5 weeks depending on where you are located in the world. I ship from North Carolina, USA.
Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Custom order turn around times will be listed on the home page banner. Please understand that turn around times are subject to change (increase or decrease) at any time. If you need an item by a certain date, please indicate it in the note to seller fieldor email me ahead of time to ensure that I can process your order.
Bits of Joy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You have the option to add insurance to your package to ensure a safe delivery.
